Rekha is an accomplished analytical scientist as well as entrepreneur. She gained the expertise in pharmaceutical drug development techniques in Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical research & Development, learned what are the steps and techniques required to develop a drug molecule from beginning to a market place. She has written two book chapters in book "HPLC: Practical and Industrial applications" published by CRC Press, Inc. She has published 27 papers in the reputed journals such as Analytica Acta, Vibrational spectroscopy, Chirality, Journal of heterocyclic chemistry, Tetrahedron letter, Journal of Organic chemistry, Journal of chromatography, and journal of capillary electrophoresis etc.; and has presented her research work (47 presentations), at local, national and international societies.
Rekha is known for her chiral separation expertise, she won several awards for her research on chirality related work, such as Johnson & Johnson Distinguish analytical scientist award, Johnson & Johnson vice president research award, Delaware valley chromatography award etc. for technical and chromatography accomplishments.
After 24 years of Johnson & Johnson experience, she established her company in 2008 in Florida to provide analytical services to small and big pharmaceutical companies, research institutes, universities and small startup and virtual companies. Over the years she has proved herself as an accomplished entrepreneur.
The company is providing services such as methods development, methods validations, stability testing, and preparing documents for regulatory aspects such as preparing to file IND, NDA as well as helping manufacturing companies to guide in GMP rules and regulations.
